Its nice and clean hotel so quiet front deck was nice and polite

Не советую останавливаться здесь в жаркие месяцы — в номере нет кондиционера, и внутри нечем дышать (открытые окна не помогают + приносят дополнительный шум). Ковер в комнате не очень чистый, то же касается других поверхностей.

The hotel is conveniently located nearby the new street station which is excellent. But the rooms is small and old, the bed sheets look grey (tho clean). The mattress is also old. It is okay to stay just 1 night (if you don’t have other choice and budget) but not more than that.

給了一個三張單人床的房間，空間挺大的，衞生還可以，離火車站非常近。酒店很老設施有點陳舊，不過英國的酒店大多不都這樣嗎？看了之前很多差評心裡有點忐忑，入住後覺得超出預期，最主要價錢便宜，所以個人覺得很值。

This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had in any city in any country. From the moment I walked in, there were countless people cluttering the lobby & the stairs up to the rooms, including quite a few unsavoury looking characters among them. Myself & my party had some very uncomfortable stares in our direction. The man working at the Check-in desk tried to double charge me for the room that I had already paid for. It took showing him my email receipt to convince him that I'd already paid. The room itself was dirty, the the bedsheets not being made, the floor hadn't been vacuumed, there were some questionable stains on the floor & on some of the walls & the door felt very flimsy, even with the double lock on. The other members of my party had similar experiences in both of their rooms. Within 10-15 minutes of checking in, we decided to leave & find an alternative hotel. On our way out, there were two men drinking cans of Stella next to the Check-in desk...This was at 2:30pm! Later that night, I returned only to use the toilet as it was closer than going back to the alternative hotel. I discovered that one of our room doors was wide open, when it had definitely been locked on the way out. Keep in mind, we had not officially checked out of these rooms yet. Having a quick glance inside, it appeared as though someone had broken in, looking for something to steal! Thankfully, we had not left any of our belongings behind in any of the rooms. I have never felt more unsafe in a hotel establishment. It is supposed to be a safe space that caters to their guests. I don't think I could've brought myself to sleep in the Comfort Hotel if I had chosen to remain there for the night. PLEASE AVOID!

住的痛苦啊，木地板咯吱咯吱響，走一步響一步，電梯是手動的很古老哈哈，床單是發黃的讓人和衣淺眠，但半夜十二點到酒店入住是方便的。還有距離新街站真的近，對面就是了哈哈哈哈哈哈哈

Comfort Inn Location is great, just next to Birmingham New Street train station and within 3 mins walking distance to Birmingham China town, so plenty of restaurants and cafe surround this hotel. The only downside is the shower area, the curtain was short and water spilling everywhere when take shower. Overall I would rate 4.0 for Comfort Inn due to excellent location and reasonable price

Very small rooms. The rooms are old. The room alloted to me had serveral stairs going through it. Even the washroom had 2 stairs going through it

離伯明翰新街火車站非常近，出門走一百米不到就到，酒店床稍微有點小，插座也比較老舊，吹風機的線卡在桌子縫隙裡，要吹頭衹能把桌子移開，在把插頭對準按著，然後蹲下來吹，有點小麻煩，其他地方還算可以

Very clean, bed somewhat un comfortable and not a real double, dated decor and bathroom. Great location next to New Street Station.
